2. Provision of the website and hosting
This website is provided via Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the website, technically required connection data is processed. This may include in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page or file accessed, the referrer URL, browser type, browser version, and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, to detect malfunctions, and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable, and technically error-free operation of this website. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, Vercel states that it relies on applicable adequacy decisions as well as standard contractual clauses of the European Commission as transfer mechanisms. Further information can be found in the Vercel privacy notice.
3. Vercel Web Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to evaluate the use of this website in aggregated form. The data collected may include in particular the time and path of a page view, the referrer, filtered query parameters, the approximate geographic region, as well as browser, operating system, and device type. We do not use custom analytics events and do not transmit any form contents via this feature.
According to Vercel, page views are recorded anonymously, are not linked to individual persons or IP addresses, and are not tracked across different websites. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies. A hash generated from the request to distinguish visits is discarded after 24 hours.

4. Contacting us
If you use the contact form or contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your inquiry. Via the form, your name, your email address, an optionally provided company, and your message are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry serves the initiation or performance of a contract. Otherwise, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
To send form inquiries, we use Resend, a service of Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. In doing so, email metadata, your email address, and the form contents are transmitted to Resend and processed in the USA. Resend is engaged as a processor. According to the provider, transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

We store contact data only for as long as this is necessary to handle your inquiry or as statutory retention obligations apply.

This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use any advertising or cross-site tracking services.
